The Ministry of Trade and Economic Development informs the public that new Regulations and new fees will apply for:

• Company Registration
• Business Licences
• Registration of Business Names

Effective date: 2 February 2026  

Online submission required

All new applications, renewals, and filings must be submitted online. Paper filing or registration will no longer be used. 

In person assistance at the front desk

The front desk service will transition to provide assistance for using the online service through dedicated computers for public use, along with other registry related services.  

New fees

The new fees will take effect from the effective date above.
