The Ministry hereby announces the updated prescribed fees for Business Licences, Business Names, and Company Registrations, effective from 2025. These revisions are designed to improve transparency, streamline processes, and ensure fair regulation for all entrepreneurs and corporate entities operating in Tonga.
All fees are exclusive of 15% Consumption Tax.
