The Commonwealth Secretariat in collaboration with Simplilearn in providing self-paced e-learning courses targeting youths (15 – 29) of Commonwealth member countries with the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development as the national administrator. The course provider is Simplilearn, experienced in providing digital technology skills training programmes to several national governments and quasi-governmental bodies to support their digital transformation and national skills development programmes. 

Tonga is the first in the Pacific to take part in this program, it will focus on building capacity and developing digital skills. There are 55 courses to choose from and these courses are FREE OF CHARGE (est. US$500 per course). Learners will receive a globally recognized certificate upon completion of each course. The courses have been developed in partnership with leading industry experts such as #IBM, #Microsoft, #Meta, #Google and others.
