The Ministry of Trade and Economic Development (MTED) is gearing up to host one of its most anticipated events of the year – the Tonga Trade Fair which is scheduled to be held on the last week of August 2024. This event will be a vibrant display of local entrepreneurship, talents and creativity from the private sector.

Promoting “BUY TONGA MADE” as this year’s theme, the Tonga Trade Fair will feature innovative businesses from Tongatapu, Vava’u, Ha’apai, ‘Eua and the Niuas. Business lines include handcrafted artisanal products and services. Visitors can expect to discover a diverse array of offerings from unique talents and creativity of Tonga’s entrepreneurs.

The Tonga Trade Fair provides participating businesses with an opportunity to network with potential customers, forge business partnerships, promote business brands, and gain more insights in business development and resilience from industry experts.

Income from sales of Tongan made products and services at the Tonga Trade Fair 2024 contributes directly to the local economy and empowers local businesses.
